Energy is what the universe, every rock, tree, puppy, and person is comprised of. Sometimes the energy just does not flow; like a lamp that is not plugged in, or a cell phone that cannot receive a signal. Imagine a river that has breached the banks and the water is going everywhere and inflicting havoc in its path.
Intention setting is a very important part of the healing process. You, me, and the energies of the universe all need to know what the goal of the treatment is. Always state your intention in the positive as if it is already completed.
